Am I completely secured?

My computer was hacked thats why I purchased Webroot. I installed it with no problem but I keep getting a component installer request failed, please try again. Does this mean my system isn't fully installed?

Please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you sort it out free of charge and they will check to make sure your Malware free at the same time.
