+36Why does "Access Your Web Consul" on the Overview page still take you to product registration?............and why can we not upload our personal Avatar?

I believe the custom avatar becomes available when you reach Community Guide. I don't know if we want to say the exact number of posts that it requires but I will confirm that tomorrow. 😃

+36Yup talking about My Webroot Manage my account online. I know I can access it via my account in the UI but I used to be able to navigate there via Access your Web Console? It's not important, just curious!

+56I have no problem accessing the Web Console via the WSA GUI also it could be that it opens your Default Browser in which I have Firefox set as, and I'm just assuming that it is related to post count to upload your own Avatar it's best to wait to ask a Webroot Staff member to be sure.
