The Sites tab:

  • Is where sites are selected or deselected for scheduled or ad hoc report runs
  • Is where the customer email addresses that will receive reports are added, removed or modified; multiple addresses are separated with a semi-colon
  • Displays the site status of active or inactive

 

Note: The sites list is refreshed at the time Universal Reporter loads. If you are adding new sites to your Webroot management console and they do not immediately display, you can use the Refresh Sites button to update the list.

 

To select a site

In the Site Name column, find the site and check the box next to it.

 

To remove a site

In the Site Name column, find the site and uncheck the box next to it.

 

To add a customer email address to receive reports

In the Customer Email Addresses column, click the box for the site and enter the email addresses, separating multiple addresses with a semi-colon.

 

To modify an existing customer email address

In the Customer Email Addresses column, click the email address to modify and make the changes. There is no save button, changes are stored as they are entered. If the email address entered is not valid, an error message will display and nothing will be saved.
