Invalid E-mail

I am trying to figure out how to enable the webroot security for my internet browser. It was active and now when I put my password in it says invalid e-mail. I am able to log onto the console via the internet browser and have reset my password. Any suggestions?

    What do you mean "enable the webroot security for my internet browser"? Do you have the Password Manager? And what Browser are you talking about and if it's a 32bit or 64bit version? Also What OS and if it's 32bit or 64bit? Any other info would be helpful as you posted in the AV only forum if you have a different version of WSA please let me know!
