issue with printing from email
Recent problem. When I try to print a document from email, the print page comes up but instead of again pushing a print icon, it shows only save or cancel. Please help.

I had an issue like this a very long time ago with my HP Desk Jet Printer. I could print emails from my old AOL account but I couldn't print emails from my Verizon account. What I did to correct the problem: Uninstall / reinstall the latest version of the software for the printer. I believe one of the drivers for the printer was corrupted because after the new software install the printer worked on both accounts. Hopefully this will correct your problem.
