add web root to new computer
Im buying a new computer and i dont have my disk is there any way i can transfer on to the new computer
Hello pitboss2010, welcome to the Webroot Community!
The EASIEST way to do this is to simply do the following:
On the OLD computer, connect to the internet and uninstall WSA. Uninstalling while connected to the internet normally automatically releases your license seat to make it available again.
On the NEW computer, connect to the internet and download the current installer from the link below in my signature. Install and activate while connected to the internet, and make sure to allow it to complete the ENTIRE first scan.
That SHOULD be it.
If you have any problems, or cannot unintall WSA from the old computer as described above, please refer to this KB Article.
