Slow Scan
As of recent my computer scans have slowed down significantly. It usually takes about an hour at most to complete a scan, but now my scans are lasting almost 6 hours and still not finishing. I am concerned there is either something wrong with my computer or something wrong with the program. Is anyone else having this problem?

Can you do a clean reinstall of WSA?
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

May I ask if you are doing the Default Deep Scan or a full scan? And if doing the default deep scan then do as Sherry asked you to do. As you can see mine scanned in 36 seconds.
