My laptop has become very slow, when I run a scan it comes back as fine but there must be something wrong? what can I do??

You could have PUAs, Look here
Do you have too many programs running at startup?
Do you know how to run Msconfig?
Is your computer slow all the time or just when you are online?
What operating system are you running?
