i keep getting a message that webroot has detected a threat trojan in windows temp file.
When i run a scan nothing comes up, but i am getting a lot of files in the temp folder with 0 KB

Can you tell me what status Webroot is showing?
To show your computer's overall protection status, the system tray icon and the main interface change colors, as follows:
Has Webroot quarantined that trojan? Is Webroot showing the name of this trojan? Please look at this PC User Guide managing quarantined.
If you have concern that this threat isn't being taken care of then would you please submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they will look into this for you.

- Red. One or more critical items require your intervention.
