I have downloaded the file and clicked the run. Next I get a screen that says "must scan computer" After scan threts are found but program won't remove them because it says "Licence expired"
I thought I had an old version of webroot but when I went to uninstall I got a warning that my computer is infected, don't uninstall.
What am I doing wrong?

Are you saying you installed a new copy of Webroot and it's telling you that you have threats and Webroot won't remove them because it saids you have an expired license? Or are you trying to uninstall Webroot but it tells you not to because of threats?
Has Webroot expired?
If your license is expired then Webroot will not remove these threats

It's best to submit a Support Ticket and they can help sort you out.
