Scan my computer - secureAnywhere cannot reach the internet to obtain threat information ?

Good morning,
I have not scan my computer for several months and now that I wan to use Webroot again, when I try to Scan my computer - I got the message:   secureAnywhere cannot reach the internet to obtain threat information ?
I am connected to internet as usual. 
I download my license from the HSBC web site.
What should I do?

Adriana,

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing.

I would advise uninstalling and then just reinstalling the product and allow it to scan. That should resolve the issue for you.
