This will be my second year using webroot.  First year is set to expire today.
I bought Webroot CD and new keycode.
But apparently the new CD is worthless.
I just need to know what website to go to enter my new keycode.

Hi raiderman

Welcome to the Community Forums.

It is not that the new CD is worthless but rather than WSA is kept up to date via the onlien updater that runs almost silently in background so it is most likely that the version you currently have installed on your system is in fact newer that the CD versions (depending on how long that copy has been in the store, etc).

In terms of using your new keycode all you need to do to install it is to click on the gear/cog icon to the right of the 'My Account' tab in the main app panel.  This should open a new panel in which you should see, on the right hand side, a large entry field with an 'Activate' buttom underneath it.

At the approrpiate point in time enter your new keycode in that field and click on the 'Activate' button, of course making sure that you are connected to the internet when you do...et voila...that should be all that you need to do to start using your new subscription.

If I can check; you have posted in the Antivirus Forum, so I am assuming that your last year's version is the Antivirus version, and that your new purchase is for the same?  If so then all well and good.

But if your last year's version is for a version that uses the Password Manager and/or the Backup & Sync feature then please post back as there are some important considerations to make you aware of re. using a new keycode as opposed to renewing your current one.

Hope that helps?

Regards, Baldrick
