Mozilla Firefox and Webroot password manager.


A recent update to Mozilla Firefox appears to have disabled my Webroot password manager. What do I do?

Yes, this has caused a  problem for quite a few people.  Fortunately, a solution has been issued by Webroot Support. Please see this KB Article for information and directions.

For some reason, I get a message telling me I have insufficient privileges to get to the KB article.

That is the issue. My Firefox was upgraded to  62.0 yesterday, and the Password Manager Toolbar was disabled.

Webroot is working on a fix!
