Why is one of my computers listed twice?
When I sign to myPC, one of my three protected systems is displayed twice. Why?

This can occur if you have recently changed the hardware or had to reinstall Webroot on the machine.
Basically you will need to login to your portal account, locate the Duplicate PC and then see which one has not been scanned recently.
Once you determine this, all you need to do is click commands, and then Deactivate, and that will remove that PC from the list.
It is also worth noting that PC will not against you even if you left it there, which I wouldnt advise just for the sake of neatness, and organization.
