I'm trying to install a new copy of Webroot Secure Anywhere to replace an existing version that is expiring after being installed for almost a year. The new version is on a disc. I broke the seal on it and opened it this morning.
I uninstalled the existing version.
When I started running the Installer from the disk, I got a Secure Anywhere window saying "Scan Required" and that my subscription is expired. Clicking on the Scan button results in a new, blue, blank "Secure Anywhere" image and nothing more. I've repeated that process several times and seem to be getting nowhere. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Hi Jim
OK, this might be the case of a partial uninstall so given what you are describing it is best to try to complete the process. Please take a look at the information in this KB Article which relates to uninstallation when WSA does not show up in the Control Panel's list of programs. Give those a go and if you do manage to get the uninstall completed I would download the latest installer from here but before installing again post back for those discussions about the use of a new keycode as a Complete user.
This is very important.
