No, to install on an Android tablet first you need to check as to which version you are entitled to/can use on your tablet. Please see the contents of this KB Article for guidance on this.
If you decide on the free version then please see this KB Article on how to install that version.
If it is the paid or Premium version that you decide you can use then please see this KB Article on how to install that particular version.
