CUA asks to allow execution of WSA at boot

On a Windows 7 64-bit system that had a nervous breakdown (read: user elected to do a system restore and then I had to cleanup the mess), I had to cleanly remove WSA and reinstall. After reinstallation, at boot Windows asks if I want to allow execution of WSA. Any idea why this happens?
 
For the record, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Same thing happens.

This a know problem right now and is being worked on.
Once you have clicked on accept at boot up it should be ok for the duration.
