Hi tsglasok

Welcome to the Community Forums.

This has been seen before in in those cases making sure that you are entering your security code and not the Keycode that came with the product, is usually the solution.

However, if you still have problems after checking/doing that, then do the following:

1. Go to my.webrootanywhere.com
2. Click on 'Can't log in?' link, and then reset Security code.
3. Follow the window and reset Security Code then try to confirm the account. It should confirm fine.

Please let us know if that helps or not, and in the case of the latter we can look to a Plan B to sort you out.

It's been seven months of trying to activate my account and I keep getting this same error message.  I haven't had any issues with my computers, but I would like to use the program to it's full value.  Please advise what I need to do to register or activate this program.  I bought 5 licenses and I have the same problem on my laptops.

I tried to do what you advised on this thread, but the only screen I get is a login screen and since I'm not registered, I cannot login either.  I've unistalled and reinstalled the program several times now with no luck.

I would really like to get this straightened out before it's time to renew this product.

Thanks.

Hi mdstroh1

Welcomew to the Community Forums.

In your circumstances the best approach would be for you to Open a  Support Ticket and get the Support Team to investigate the issue for you. To save you typing you could just include a link to this thread or if you have more infomration include the
link plus the additional information.

Either way I believe this is the best course of action for you to get a resolution to the issue, unless ?, our most excellent Community Manager has any other ideas or could investigate you account directly? ;)

Regards, Baldrick

Calling in to support is the right way to go - they'll be able to reset the security code for you.
