"Waiting for Extension Webroot Filtering Extension"

Hi,
as of today, Feb, 1, 2016 I am having problems with the Webroot Filtering Extension. My browser tabs stay blank with the message:
"Waiting for Extension Webroot Filtering Extension".
 
I have disabled the extension and resolved the problem...but obviously, this is a less than elegant solution. Any help is appreciated.

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue. I use Firefox and Chrome and I am not having this issue. But I am running the Webroot Beta.
     
    So the best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know of this.This is a free service with an active subscription. The Support Team is usually pretty quick in responsding.

    Thanks. Will do. (I'm mainly in chrome too) ...disabling and re-enabling the extension seems to have resolved the problem for now, if the problem recurrs I will open a ticket.

    Yes let us know if you have anymore issues. There is a new Chrome Webfilter if you need to update it. (January 12th 2016)
