i am trying to sign in I;ve already registered but it keeps coming up unknown email address how do i fix this

Would you be able to advise as to exactly where you are trying to sign into? Is it at the web console (HERE) or in the Password Manager via the toolbar icon in your browser? Knowing that would certainly assist us in knowing what to advise.
