after renewing my subscription, Webroot shows as expired after i renewed it!
+13after i renewed my Webroot product, it shows as protected but when i go to my console and click on the correct console it brings up home page and shows upgarde or renew?? And it shows i have no PC's protected with the options to "upgrade or renew"?? Confused! Help if you can if not i will get me a Norton product!
+56Did you renew the existing keycode or purchase a new one? If the latter then you'll need to add the new keycode to your console.
+13It is already added to my Console unless i did not do it right! Can you advise or guide me?

This looks like a classic case of a 'pseduo' renewal being done instead of the normal renewal...and the client & console being confused by there being two keycode running concurrently.
