Confirm registration
Just received my new disk for webroot personal security and am unable to confirm registration. Says it's invalid. I'm getting frustrated. Please help

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I assume that you have been sent an email from Webroot titled "Webroot Console Confirmation", and you have clicked on the link to carry out the confrimation? If so then please make sure that you have followed the instructions/guidance provide in this this KB Article.
If you are unable to confirm your registration because you get this error: Error(UCR2): Invalid security, then please take a look at this previous thread for guidnace on what to do.
