I keep getting a notification that Windows Defender and Webroot are turned off.
A block keeps appearing telling me that Windows Defender and Webroot are not on. Checking Webroot, it shows everything normal.

This is, I am afraid to say, a known issue that Webroot are working on. Please see this previous thread that should provide you with all the information you need about where we are in realtion to it.
