Notices of Webroot disabled in Windows 10

I am still getting notifications from Windows 10 Security Center that Webroot is disabled. I changed the notifications from Automatic (Delayed) to Automatic and installed the black Tuesday Microsoft Updates. What is the latest on this glitch?
