You need to verify your email address in order to activate your subscripti

I purchased Webroot online and activated my account. I received the email to verify my email address, which I did. Now everytime I open Webroot the screen tells me that I need to verify my email address in order to activate my subscription. I click on the Activate Now Icon and immediately the screen tells me that my keycode and email are already active.  I have tried activating the keycode again, same thing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing happens. Any ideas?
