I have gotten the browser hijacker FromDocToPDF and cannot get rid of it. Why not found by Webroot
I mistakenly installed this when I got an attachment I could not open and a pop-up said click here to convert. So now I have a browser hijacker and it does not show up as a program. Googled and none of the programs suggested appear to be in my computer. I managed to get Yahoo as my home page. I use Mozilla. But each new tab get me FromDocToPdf. Not sure what it is doing either.

What you have is what we call a PUA read here for more info and try to remove it for yourself: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 if in the end you can't remove it please Submit a Support Ticket and they will be happy to help you remove it. Also install a good adblocker that is mentioned in the KB aritcle!
