How do I fix "an active process has a possible memory leak (firefox.exe)?

I recently updated to Windows 10 and am now using Firefox instead of Explorer.  Screen is starting freeze daily and have to do a warm boot to get it unfrozen.  Any suggestions on how to fix?
Thank you.

Welcome to the Webroot community.

Firefox is a good browser, but due to its size and customization it is prone to memory leaks, and unfortunately is well known for it. I would try doing a clean re-install of Firefox and see if that helps as it may be a minor plugin or addon causing your issue.

I used to have this issue a while back but since I did a clean boot of Firefox I haven't had any real issues.

Best of luck
Brad

How do I do a clean reboot and will that make all my bookmarks at the top go away in Firefox and the ones saved in my “library”?  Thank you.
