webroot blocking adobe flash update in windows 10

Hope I am putting this on the right board.  Webroot has blocked an update to adobe flash 3 times now. I dont know if this is a windows 10 error or not, but right from day 1 of using windows 10 it says adobe is out of date. I once tried to update it, but got a pop-up saying adobe updates on its on and should not be updated. Today while I was on the internet , the box popped up on the screen saying to update now with the download box at the bottom left of the screen. It temporarily froze the screen & then the webroot box came up in the lower right hand corner  in red saying a warning of suspiscious activity or something to that effect & then quarentined the item.   I noticed 2 more quarentined items with the same  item. flashplayer.exe in c : users kathy downloads. Does anyone else have this problem ? Thanks all
