Receiving Unresponsive Script Error Message

Am receiving message of "Unresponsive script" when using Mozilla Firefox, and browser stops working.
Firefox says :  "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete."
Firefox says that this problem may come from Spy Sweeper tracking cookies or from Spy Sweeper itself.
Not sure if I have Spy Sweeper as part of Webroot coverage.

Could this error come from using Spy Sweeper? How do I find out if I have Spy Sweeper option?

Hello Lexi,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

If you have a recent version of Webroot then you would not have Webroot SpySweeper. SpySweeper has not been around since 2012 I believe.Do you have Webroot  Version 9.0.10.21 (Released July 19th, 2016)

Please look here and see Mozilla Help concerning this error message. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/warning-unresponsive-script and try to trouble shoot. Also look here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems

Hope this helps?
