how do I get the webroot icon to show on browser extensions for remembering password and form fillin

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
 
Please try the toolbar fix from Webroot.
 
You can download it for here, and follow these steps.
 
Close browser. Run toolbarfix.exe. Click "Run",

which should then take you to the following dialog:
 
?
 
on which you should choose/check the option 'Repair/Install the Webroot Toolbar' and then press 'Start'.
 
Let it finish then restart browser.
