My Android phone has an app called WorxMail (from Citrix) that I use to check work email. Since I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere, it hasn't been able to update. If I manually tell it to update, it gives me an error message that it's unable to contact our company server.
I tried turning off the Webroot setting that blocks unsafe websites, but that made no change.
Is there some way I can tell it that WorxMail is trusted and to let it operate?
Thanks
