Hello seisch111,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

May I add to ? post. He is right about contacting support about IE. Very important to contact support. But I just wanted to tell you I use and most of us use Firefox. Please look here at this post for the latest Firefox. https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Mozilla-Firefox-49-0-2-Final/m-p/272292

Chrome is alsi a popular browser. Yoiu can look here as well. https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Google-Chrome-54-0-2840-71-Stable/m-p/272251

I use Chrome and Firefox for Password Manager. Works perfectly IMO.

Hope this helps?

Hello seisch111, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. :D

I'm not a user of Win 10 but if you are having massive problems with it I would submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Support to sort this problem. This service is FREE with a Paid Subscription.
Support Ticket System is Open 24/7
