windows update not working

Since Windows update being disabled can sometimes be an indication of an infection I think it'd be best to submit a trouble ticket and let support check this for you. This a free service with your paid subscription.

Please advise as to which version of Windows you are using. And also please described exactly what the problem is...does the update start but never complete, not start at all, complete with an error message, etc.
