How do I reset the password for the advanced settings tab in webroot?
I'm trying to change settings in the access control menu and to no avail. I know the password for my webroot account on the web, but I can't make changes within the application itself. I just need to be able to reset the password please.

Have you tried clicking on the (Reset to Default) box??
