how do I report something suspicious?
Until have had no reason to report anything to Webroot and am surprised that there seems to be no means of reporting suspicious activity. How do I report what appears to be something suspicious with my Windows 7 PC?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
There is a file submission component to Webroot.
Open WSA and click on the gear next to Utilities. Then click the Reports tab and on the right you will see a link for file submissions. Submit a File.
