I purchased Webroot Secure Anywhere for my mac from Best Buy. I cannot seem to find the feature to permanently erase a file. On the PC version it was as simple as a right-click on any file and a drop-down menu showed the option to permanently delete the file.

Is this feature not supported on the Mac version?

Hello @mlcoleman Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. ☺️

I don't believe there is that feature on WSA for Mac. There are a lot of features that are on the WSA PC Version that are not on the WSA Mac Version due to Apple restrictions and the way the Mac Software is configured. Here is latest User Guide for WSA For Mac: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_mac_userguide/wsa_mac_userguide.htm
