"Too many open sessions on WiFi Security" error message installing WiFi Security

Hello!

I had to do a clean install of the operating system on two of my MAC computers. Now that the OS is installed I am trying to reinstall Webroot WiFi security. I was able to install it on one of the computers but not the second. I am receiving the “too many open sessions” error message. After doing some research online here I realize it may have been necessary to de register the WiFi producer before I did the clean install.

Now, after the fact, I need to de register several devices. How can I do that? By the way, I have a 5 device subscription.

Thanks,

Carmen

Put in a ticket.  The techs have to refresh your account to reset the license count.  In five years have had to do this maybe three times.
