If anyone is interested….

Webroot Support determined that those virus detections were false positives. They updated their detection data/algorithms so this won’t happen again.

I was very impressed with their responsiveness, especially given that it’s a weekend. I had assumed I wouldn’t hear from them until Monday.

Hello @Hugo  again great to hear and most times support via the ticket system is 24/7/365 but for a time because of COVID-19 it was just during the week and support via the ticket system it could be from any Webroot office around the world: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/about/contact-us#heading-offices
