Auto-Renewal

I received email that Webroot took payment for my auto-renewal.  I still show ‘expired’ on my account.  Has it been physically renewed?  If so, how do I get my account to show ‘active’?  If not, what do I need to do to activate?

Hello @sdavisnld

Is it from Webroot or Best Buy Geek Squad Webroot version?

If from Webroot it’s best to contact Webroot sales and ask them!

I have a similar problem.  I received an email that Webroot took payment for auto-renewal but my account still shows ‘expired’.  How do I renew the software and get it to show ‘active’?
