couldn't load Netflix, error when running

i have been trying to watch a movie on netflix like i always could before purchasing this security site, now i get an error 1852 we have done all the things they said to try but still now working  they also say that some anti virus sites stop it from running  what can i do?????

@ did you get it sorted? You need Microsoft Silverlight if on XP to Win 7 and on Win 8.1 you can use Silverlight or HTML5: http://www.extremetech.com/computing/159960-netflix-switches-from-silverlight-to-html5-in-windows-8-1-reduces-cpu-usage-dramatically via settings at Netflix in your account!

    Can you tell me what OS and if it's 32bit or 64bit and the Browsers your trying to use? I have Win 7 x64 and I have no problems with IE11, Firefox 32.0.3 and Chrome 37.0.2062.124 m (64-bit) version.
