I always have 2 threats removed

If I scan an item, even a word document Webroot reports that it removed two threats. If I scan the document again Webroot says the same thing, two threats removed. It does not matter how many times I scan somthing or what I am scaning, it always reports that 2 threats have been removed. If I do a systeam scan the same thing happens, two threats removed. My systeam does not seem to be infected, I am not sure why this is happening. Below is part of a scan log, if that is usful. Thanks for any help.
