Why does my account say my subscription has expired if I just paid for a renewal?

I want to expand my protection services but get caught up in a loop of no help.  My account also is shown as expired when I had just renewed my acct. 5 minutes prior.  Can some one give me some advice?

Welcome to the Community Forum,
 
May I ask where you Renewed your Subscription from, would it be a Best Buy Subscription or from Webroot or some other place?
Would  you do a reboot and after reboot do a manual scan. See if it still shows expired. Otherwise..
 
From Webroot online it can take a little while for the back office to process the renewal so I would give it a little bit longer, by tomorrow morning. If not by  then I would Open a Support Ticket 
You also can call 1-866-612-4268.
 
With Best Buy  this is automated,, it can take 24-48 hours depending on the time of day you provided your payment information.Call 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD (1-800-433-5778) for assistance
 
.To let you know that even though Webroot saids you are expired you still are protected for 30 days.
