keycode was renewed but still shows expired in webroot
i renewed my expired subscription thru webroot but it still shows expired in my computer and on the console at webroot. how do i fix

First, and I apologize for asking, but did you renew your existing key code or did you purchase a NEW key code. (Many times the purchase of a new copy is referred to as a renewal. There is a small difference 🙂 )
If you renewed your subscription today, and it is renewed through Best Buy, your renewal will not show until tomorrow morning due to the once a day billing cycle they use.
If your renewal was directly through Webroot, let me know.
