Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

If you mean as to why you have to sign into the Password Manager every time to start your browser then all I can say is that this is by design to make the accessing of your passwords even more secure. You only have to sign in once within that browser. If you switch browsers then you will need to sign in again. You can also go into preferences after signing into PWM and go to Advanced & check Login dialog when start browser. The browser "Tools" will not open unless you are signed in.

? & ? can you add to this? I might be misunderstanding this issue.

Hi Sherry

There used to be a way to auto login when starting the browser and I have been searching for this information but just cannot find it. I will keep looking and if and when i do I will post back here.

Regards, Baldrick
