Install on a new laptop

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
Your best bet is to start from scratch as follows:
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
• KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
• Download a PC version Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Run the new installer, entering your Keycode when prompted.
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

Hopefully that should get WSA installed on hyour new laptop, assuming (i) your subscription is for multiple devices & (ii) you have at least 1 device spare? If not and WSA was installed on an old device and you no longer wish it to be protected then you will need to log into your online console (here) and deactivate that device by following the instruction is this KB Article.
