Just bought an update for my computers and android phone. I have installed it on two computers but it will not install to my phone I get the following error message "Your user credentials are not associated with this secure anywhere complete keycode".

Thanks for sitting tight! I went ahead an associated your "My Webroot" account with your new SecureAnywhere Complete keycode and everything looks to be good to go! You should be able to log in to your SecureAnywhere Complete mobile app now without any more roadblocks. Let me know if you have any other questions!

It looks like your "My Webroot" account is attached to a mobile free keycode. Can you please Private Message me your new SecureAnywhere Complete keycode so I associate it with your account?
