how to rollover time left to new
I had 117 days left on my old webroot anywhere complete. i purchased a new version 2014, at walmart today and entered the new keycode into the webroot page where it says enter a new keycode(the webroot page that pops up when you want to scan or optimize). It shows 365 days-what I was wanting to know,is there any way I can add on the 117 days left? I'm on a much needed vacation and I'm all "thumbs". This is something I already know,but I can't seem to remember what I did to do this last year. Can anyone please remind me how to do this? I will only use webroot on the two laptops and smartphone that i have. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You very much!

Try adding your new keycode in the "Manage Keycodes" section of the web console. When you sign in, click your email address at the top right, go to "Manage Keycodes," and choose to "Add Product Keycode." Once the new keycode exists in the console, the console will understand that it should start displaying that subscription data.
Note: Currently, if you use the Password Management feature, support will need to assist you in this process to retain functionality beyond the expiration date of the original keycode. Please contact support for assistance in associating your account to the proper keycode.

To be able to do this, you will need to submit a Trouble Ticket As long as the old key code and the new key code are of the same product type, normally the two are able to be combined, but it is not possible to do it as a user.
Often, instead of adding the old days to the new key code, it is far easier to simply cancel the new key code and add the days from it to the existing one. Again, that usually is possible only if the two key codes are from the same version.

thank you very much shorTcircuit (Silver VIP) for your reply. i left a message with webroot technical support to see about combining the two keycodes. I remember being able to combine them last year but for some reason-it wouldn't let me do it this year. Thanks! mark79
