Hello there, welcome to the Webroot Community!

I need just a little more information to help me understand just exactly what is happening.

Does the WSA Password Manager attempt to fill in your username and password, but for some reason fail?

Or is the secure page in question failing to load correctly?

Or is the page loading correctly but WSA Password Manager failing to even try to fill in the log in for you?

Try to give a bit of a description as to exactly what is happening, and maybe one of the web sites affected (DO not give your username and password, just the site URL)

Thanks!

So the Webroot Password Manager is simply failing to fill in the log in forms automatically for you?

Has the Password Manager been able to auto login to these same sites previously?  are you able to log into the Password Manager?

Are you able to log into the sites manually still?

What settings did you check/uncheck?  Within the Password Manager?

If so, log into the Console
Click Passwords
Locate one of the sites not working correctly
Click EDIT
Place checks next to Auto FIll and Login Automatically

Repeat for all sites that the Password Manager is not automatically working for.

See if that helps and let me know!

OK, try this.

Take ONE of the sites that is not working.  Navigate your browser to the login page.  Copy the URL at the top.

In a separate browser tab, go back to the Console, Passwords, locate that site in the list and click Edit.  In the URL field of the record, erase the data stored and paste in the URL you copied just now from the site login screen.  Save.

Close the browser.

Re open the browser
Re log into WSA Password Manager
Naviagate to the site login page
See if it will work.

I have had a number of sites in the past I had to edit and change the stored URL in the Console due to site URL changes for the log in page.

Give that a try and see if it will work 🙂
