I renewed my subscription, but when I try to log into the password manager says account deactivated

I renewed my account but now when I try to log into password manager it tells me that my account has been deactivated. What do I need to do to fix the problem?

Hello Shissta, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.
 
Worth trying this first:
 Click the gear tool next to My Account
Enter the key code again
Click Activate
REBOOT the computer
 
 or else.
I'd advise you to Submit a Support Ticket  or to GeekSquad/BestBuy Support , and they will be able to identify and fix the issue.
