how do I disable "Spy Sweeper's tracking cookies. I use Firefox.

I am getting a Warning regarding script running...I get with every page I open or change. I read the article on the why. I understand with Webroot as my orgram protection I need to "disable Spy Sweeper's tracking cookies". How do I do that? BTW when trying to assess Webroot I get a pop up page that wants to direct to some phone number to get rid of a virus...sounds like a scam to me. Just an FYI
